Abstract

The present paper’s aims to analyze the incidence of the Ordenanzas de Alfaro at Jujuy’s jurisdiction, regarding the influence that they could have had at indigenous realm. From a theoretical frame work, the study of the textual surces will focus on the possibility of analyzing the Ordenanzas from a multiethnic context of cultural History. Thus,processes of imposition, appropriation and ethnogenesis will be addressed, as they interacted mediating the formation of new identities.
